IT Product Manager
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract / Contract-to-Hire
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of enterprise applications supporting Privacy, Compliance, Vendor Risk, and Governance functions. The ideal candidate will combine strong product management expertise with platform ownership, stakeholder engagement, AI-driven innovation, and SaaS application management.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product vision, roadmap, and implementation strategy for enterprise platforms.
- Partner with business leaders, Privacy teams, Compliance stakeholders, and Risk Management groups to align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Drive product enhancements through stakeholder research, business analysis, and emerging technology evaluation.
- Lead AI-driven initiatives, translating business needs and AI capabilities into practical solutions and prototypes.
- Manage and enhance SaaS platforms, preferably OneTrust or similar Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions.
- Oversee platform configuration, integrations, maintenance, and ongoing operational support.
- Identify technology gaps and recommend scalable modernization strategies.
- Manage vendor relationships, third-party solutions, SLAs, and platform governance activities.
- Support Privacy, Vendor Risk, and Cyber Risk programs through technology enablement and process improvements.
- Ensure successful delivery of projects while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and standards.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Platform Management, or Technical Program Management within enterprise environments.
- Experience supporting SaaS-based platforms, preferably OneTrust, or comparable Privacy, GRC, Compliance, or Risk Management solutions.
- Strong background in stakeholder management, roadmap planning, vendor management, and solution delivery.
- Experience leading technical integrations and implementing scalable business applications.
- Understanding of AI, advanced analytics, or intelligent automation initiatives.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to prioritize competing initiatives and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Vendor Risk Management, or Cyber Risk domains.
- Hands-on experience configuring and managing OneTrust modules.
- OneTrust certification is highly desirable.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related discipline.
