Senior IT Product Manager, OneTrust (Privacy & Vendor Risk), Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
I have a Senior IT Product Manager role open, based in Toronto, ON, with at least 3 days a week in the office. This role owns strategy, roadmap, and delivery for a client’s OneTrust platform, supporting Privacy, Vendor Risk Management, and Cyber Risk stakeholders. It covers both AI-driven product work and day-to-day platform operations.

- Owning the product roadmap and implementation strategy for OneTrust with business product leaders
- Configuring and enhancing OneTrust modules for Privacy and Vendor Risk Management
- Turning AI strategy into working prototypes and production features
- Running gap analysis between current and target architecture, and recommending fixes
- Managing vendors, SLAs, ticket resolution, and platform governance
- 5+ years in product, platform, or technical program management in enterprise environments
- Privacy, compliance, legal, or vendor risk background preferred. OneTrust certification is a plus

Responsibilities
Own the OneTrust product strategy, roadmap, implementation, and ongoing operations, including configuring and enhancing Privacy and Vendor Risk Management modules. Translate AI strategy into prototypes and production features, assess architecture gaps, and manage vendors, service levels, ticket resolution, and platform governance.
Requirements
Requires at least 5 years of product, platform, or technical program management experience in enterprise environments. Experience in privacy, compliance, legal, or vendor risk is preferred, and OneTrust certification is a plus.
