Banking Project Manager (Cash Management)

Location: Montreal, QC
Hybrid Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Cash Management, Treasury Services, and Corporate Banking to lead and deliver strategic banking initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles, collaborating with business and technology teams, and driving process improvements within a banking environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Cash Management and Corporate Banking projects from initiation through delivery.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
- Gather and document business requirements and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
- Facilitate project governance, status reporting, and executive updates.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in Banking or Financial Services.
- Strong experience with Cash Management, Treasury Services, or Commercial/Corporate Banking products.
- Expertise in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and business analysis skills.
- Experience leading large-scale banking transformation projects.
