Project Manager – HR AI Projects & Enhancements
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite)
Duration: Contract
About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager with experience delivering HR technology, AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will lead projects from planning through implementation, working closely with HR, technology, data, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR AI, automation, and HR technology enhancement projects end-to-end.
- Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and status reporting.
- Coordinate Agile ceremonies, backlog management, and delivery activities.
- Collaborate with HR, technology, and business teams to drive project success.
- Track project milestones, issues, and deliverables using Azure DevOps.
- Support testing, implementation, deployment, and transition activities.
Required Experience
- Experience managing AI, automation, HR technology, or digital transformation projects.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and requirements-gathering skills.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience leading projects through the full project lifecycle.
Preferred Experience
- HR Technology, HRIS, or Workday project experience.
- Experience supporting HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Learning, Employee Experience, or Workforce Planning.
- Exposure to AI-driven HR solutions, process automation, and data analytics initiatives.
