Solo Non-Tech Founder | Paid Founders Program

Company: Entrext

Program Type: Paid Founder Partnership

Commitment: 3 Months

Location: North America

About the Program

Have a great product idea but lack the technical skills to build it? Entrext is looking for ambitious, non-technical founders who want to build and launch their own digital products without hiring an engineering team or searching for a technical co-founder.

Through our Solo Non-Tech Founders Program, we partner with you to turn your ideas into working products. We take care of the technical side of building and maintaining your product, while you focus on reaching your audience, understanding users, and growing your venture.

Think of us as your technical co-founder, without taking any equity. You retain 100% ownership of your product, code, domain, and business accounts. Your idea stays yours, and so does everything you build.

This is a paid, three-month program designed for founders who are ready to move beyond ideas and start shipping real products.

What You'll Do

As a participating founder, you will be responsible for:

Building Your Audience: Choose a distribution channel that suits you, whether that means creating content on camera or building an audience through text-based platforms and online communities.

Consistent Distribution: Promote your product through channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, X, and other relevant platforms.

Understanding Your Users: Engage with your audience, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to improve your product.

Product Direction: Share your ideas, prioritise features, and help decide what to build next based on user needs and market opportunities.

Building in Public: Document your journey, share your progress, and develop a personal brand around your work and products.

You don't need to know how to code. You need the willingness to learn, experiment, build an audience, and execute consistently.

What Entrext Brings to the Table

We work alongside you as your technical partner, taking responsibility for the engineering work required to bring your product to life.

  1. Product Development

We build your digital product, transforming your idea into a functional solution. This includes setting up essential infrastructure, payments, hosting, and analytics where applicable.

  1. Technical Maintenance

We handle bug fixes, routine maintenance, and agreed-upon small updates so you can focus on building your business rather than managing technical issues.

  1. Distribution Strategy

We help you develop a tailored distribution playbook based on your strengths, whether you prefer video content, personal branding, text-based content, or community-led growth.

  1. Founder Community

Get access to a private community of founders, builders, and operators who are working on their own ventures and sharing their experiences.

  1. Strategic Guidance

Participate in monthly strategic sessions to discuss your progress, product direction, and distribution efforts.

  1. Market and Idea Research

Where available, gain insights into emerging trends, promising micro-niches, and potential problems worth solving across platforms such as Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.

100% Ownership. 0% Equity.

We believe founders should retain the value they create.

Unlike traditional arrangements that require giving away a portion of your company to secure technical support, our model allows you to build with us while retaining 100% equity in your venture.

You own your product and intellectual property.

You retain ownership of your code and GitHub repository.

Your domain, payment accounts, and business accounts remain yours.

You receive a complete technical handover if our partnership ends.

We work with you like a technical co-founder, but we don't take equity in your company.

The program is paid, with a defined three-month commitment and mutually agreed monthly deliverables.

Who Should Apply?

We're looking for individuals who:

Have a product idea or are interested in identifying a specific problem worth solving.

Are non-technical and need support bringing their ideas to life.

Want to build and launch small digital products, tools, or micro-SaaS ventures.

Are willing to consistently distribute their product and develop an audience.

Are comfortable engaging with users, gathering feedback, and iterating on their ideas.

Are self-motivated, resourceful, and willing to learn through experimentation.

Are based in North America.

You don't need a technical background, an existing team, or a fully developed product idea. What matters is your willingness to take ownership of the business and commit to building it.

Who Is This Program Not For?

This program may not be the right fit if you:

Are looking for a traditional co-founder who takes equity in exchange for their contribution.

Expect guaranteed users, revenue, or business success.

Are unwilling to promote your product or build an audience.

Want unlimited development requests without an agreed scope.

Are not prepared to commit to the three-month program.

We provide the technical foundation and support, but building an audience, connecting with users, and growing the business require your active involvement.

How the Program Works

Step 1: Apply

Tell us about yourself, your product idea, and the distribution channels you would like to explore.

Step 2: Strategic Discussion

If your profile aligns with the program, we'll schedule a short call to understand your goals and assess whether we're a good fit.

Step 3: Define the Partnership

We'll agree on the program's terms, monthly development scope, deliverables, and expectations.

Step 4: Build and Launch

We begin development, with the goal of launching your first working product within approximately two to three weeks.

Step 5: Iterate and Grow

Continue improving your product based on user feedback while consistently working on distribution and audience growth.

Ready to Build Something of Your Own?

You don't need to be a developer to become a founder. You need an idea worth exploring, the willingness to put in the work, and the right technical partner.

At Entrext, we help you build without giving up ownership.

You bring the idea. We bring the engineering. You own 100% of what you build.

We're currently accepting applications for a limited three-founder pilot cohort.

Apply now to start building your first product with Entrext.
