We welcome experienced RIBO-licensed brokers, OTL-licensed brokers looking to convert to RIBO, and newly licensed individuals who are eager to build a successful career in insurance.

🔹 What We're Looking For

• RIBO-licensed brokers (Personal & Commercial Lines)
• OTL-licensed brokers interested in converting to RIBO
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales-driven, motivated, and team-oriented individuals
• Freshly licensed candidates are welcome!

🔹 What You'll Do

• Prepare competitive insurance quotes, process applications, and manage policy renewals using SIG and Applied Rating Services.
• Build lasting client relationships, generate referrals, and develop your own book of business.
• Understand clients' needs and recommend tailored Personal and Commercial insurance solutions.
• Work with multiple insurance markets to secure competitive coverage and pricing.
• Apply underwriting guidelines and maintain compliance with industry standards.
• Continuously develop your product knowledge and sales expertise through ongoing training.
