Counter Sales Associate

WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE:

• Welcome customers at the counter, verify the requested information, and process orders.
• Check product availability in the computer system.
• Verify the accuracy of products and orders, as well as the condition of products in the warehouse.
• Participate in inventory counts and restocking shelves.
• Ensure the cleanliness and appearance of the counter and service areas.
• Provide support to inside sales activities as needed.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.

WE WOULD LIKE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE:

• A Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in Electrical Installation and/or sales training (an asset).
• More than six (6) months of experience in warehouse or client service.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Knowledge of electrical products and the Microsoft Office suite (an asset).
• The ability to lift loads of up to 50 pounds (23 kg).
