Security Communications & Customer Marketing Email Specialist
Soni is partnered with a client seeking a proactive, highly organized Security Communications & Customer Marketing Email Specialist to manage critical customer communications and support customer marketing initiatives.
This role combines marketing project management, stakeholder communications, and email marketing. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who can navigate competing priorities, manage senior stakeholders, and take ownership of projects from initial request through execution.

Soni is partnered with a client seeking a proactive, highly organized Security Communications & Customer Marketing Email Specialist to manage critical customer communications and support customer marketing initiatives.
This role combines marketing project management, stakeholder communications, and email marketing. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who can navigate competing priorities, manage senior stakeholders, and take ownership of projects from initial request through execution.
Responsibilities:
- Security Communications: Coordinate customer-facing communications related to security vulnerabilities, product issues, pricing changes, and other critical updates.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with Legal, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and senior leadership to clarify requests, align priorities, and drive decisions.
- Project Management: Own timelines, deliverables, approvals, and follow-up across multiple high-priority initiatives.
- Customer Marketing: Support customer engagement and nurture campaigns in partnership with Customer Success.
- Email Campaigns: Coordinate messaging, audience segmentation, content approvals, and deployment through Marketo or similar platforms.
- Process Improvement: Bring structure to complex requests, identify risks, and recommend effective communication approaches.
- 3–5+ years of experience in marketing communications, customer marketing, email marketing, or marketing project management.
- Strong project management skills and experience managing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior leadership.
- Ability to manage urgent requests, competing priorities, and tight deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Experience coordinating email campaigns and customer communications.
- Preferred: B2B SaaS/technology background, Marketo, Workfront/Asana, and exposure to product marketing.
- Bonus: Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to adopt emerging technologies.
