Develop clean, maintainable, and extensible code using modern software engineering principles.
Create and execute unit and integration tests to ensure product quality and reliability.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root-cause analysis of software defects.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive, actionable feedback to peers.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, performance, developer productivity, and engineering processes.
Research, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies and development practices where appropriate.
Collaborate effectively through Microsoft Teams, meetings, technical discussions, and cross-functional project activities.

Leadership & Mentorship

Serve as a technical leader within the team, helping guide design and implementation decisions.
Mentor junior and intermediate engineers by sharing knowledge, best practices, and development expertise.
Champion engineering excellence, software quality, and continuous learning across the organization.
Support Agile development processes, including sprint planning, estimation, retrospectives, and technical refinement sessions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong proficiency in C++ and C#.
