Job Description:
- 10+ years of overall IT experience, with strong experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in enterprise-scale implementations.
- Strong Salesforce development background, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical solution design.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, Aura Components, and Apex development and customization.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, data models, workflows, integrations, and application architecture.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT support, defect analysis, and production implementation.
- Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and/or banking and financial services domain.
Top 3 Required Skills:
- Salesforce Business Analysis with strong requirements gathering, user stories, functional specifications, and stakeholder management experience.
- Salesforce Development Background with hands-on experience in Lightning, Aura Components, and Apex along with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience.

- Banking / Financial Services domain experience.
