Salesforce Vlocity Developer (Communications Cloud)
Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid (2–3 days per week in office)
Contract Duration: 6–12 Months
Experience Required: 6–8 Years
Primary Skill: Salesforce Communications Cloud
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce Communications Cloud applications and components.
- Configure EPC, CPQ, Digital Commerce, and Order Management functionalities.
- Build OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
- Develop Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.
- Support unit testing, SIT, UAT, deployment, and production support activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform and integration issues.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Communications Cloud (Vlocity).
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.
- Experience with OmniStudio components.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
- Understanding of telecom CPQ and Order Management processes.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Platform Developer certification.
- Salesforce Industries certification.
- MuleSoft integration exposure.
- Experience with TM Forum Open APIs.
- Knowledge of telecom OSS/BSS ecosystem.
- Experience with Salesforce DX and DevOps tools.
