Who We Are

It all started with a classic story about one developer’s vision. In 1995, Carl Rodrigues, President and CEO of SOTI, has developed solutions for managing mobile device screens from a desktop. An innovation that has put him ahead in what is now one of the largest growing markets – Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM). Write and maintain automated tests for functionality, regression, performance, and reliability.

Investigate test failures, document defects clearly, support root-cause analysis, and verify fixes.

Help develop tools and utilities that improve test coverage, execution efficiency, and reliability.

Maintain high standards for test code, technical documentation, and delivery quality.

Communicate testing progress, risks, and quality findings clearly and promptly to the team.

Learn and apply best practices in test design, code quality, continuous testing, and Agile delivery.
