- Budget & Cost Management: Manage maintenance spending, review repair costs and vendor invoices, identify cost-saving opportunities and make informed repair-versus-replacement recommendations.
- Restaurant & Operational Support: Partner closely with restaurant managers and Operations leadership to understand maintenance needs, prioritize critical issues and ensure restaurants remain safe, functional and operational.
- Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure maintenance activities meet applicable health and safety requirements, building standards and company policies, including coordinating inspections and addressing identified deficiencies.
- Maintenance Planning & Reporting: Track maintenance requests, repair history, equipment performance and recurring issues. Use reporting and data to improve response times, technician productivity and overall maintenance effectiveness.
- Hands-On Technical Support: Provide technical guidance to maintenance technicians, assist with troubleshooting complex equipment or facility issues, and visit restaurants as needed to assess problems and support timely resolution.
