Provide operational leadership and integration support for acquisitions within the Western region, including organizational alignment, process integration, and performance stabilization activities.
Oversee regional inventory management, replenishment, service delivery, and operational planning to ensure product availability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Partner with vendors and suppliers on service, quality, and performance issues affecting the region, escalating unresolved matters to Procurement and Supply Chain leadership as required.
