This role is designed for experienced residential service plumbers who are comfortable:
- Diagnosing issues and clearly explaining solutions to homeowners
- Presenting options that allow customers to make informed decisions
- Performing high-quality repairs and installations
- Owning the job from start to finish

Compensation & Benefits
- $25–$35/hour base pay
- Uncapped performance-based / commission earnings
- Take-home company truck

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of proven residential service plumbing experience
- A track record of strong performance and customer satisfaction
- Confidence in communicating with homeowners and presenting solutions
- A professional, positive, and team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
