Role Description The Esthetician is a full-time, on-site role based at Spa Mont Gabriel in Sainte-Adèle, QC. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing professional skin care treatments, hair removal services, and other aesthetic procedures according to spa standards and protocols. The Esthetician greets clients, conducts consultations to understand their needs, and recommends appropriate treatments and home care products. This role also involves maintaining a clean and organized treatment space, adhering to health and safety guidelines, and ensuring a relaxing, respectful environment. The Esthetician collaborates with the spa team to support service scheduling, promote spa offerings, and contribute to a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Skin Care and Cosmetology, including facials, basic body treatments, and product knowledge.
• Proficiency in Hair Removal techniques (e.g., waxing, sugaring, or threading) with attention to comfort and safety.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, listen actively, and communicate clearly with diverse clients.
• Sales and product recommendation skills, including the ability to explain benefits and support retail goals ethically.
• Relevant esthetics certification or diploma from a recognized institution; valid provincial license where required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks while maintaining precision and care.
• Strong hygiene standards and familiarity with sanitation and infection control practices in a spa setting.
• Professional, respectful demeanor and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on spa needs.
• Basic proficiency in English or French; bilingual skills in both languages are an asset.
