Position: Front of House Team Member

Job Types:

Full‑Time, Part‑Time Pay: $18.25 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience

Additional Compensation:

Tip pool participation may be included depending on business levels

Expected Hours: 20–40 hours per week depending on availability and business needs

Role Summary

The Front of House Team Member is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience through warm hospitality, efficient service, and strong product knowledge. This role includes guest interaction, order taking, food and beverage preparation (including barista tasks), and maintaining a clean, organized service environment.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver Hospitality:

Provide a friendly, welcoming, and consistent guest experience from arrival to departure.

• Prepare Beverages:

Make high‑quality espresso drinks and other beverages following Spacca Roma standards.

• Guide Guests:

Speak confidently about our Roman street‑food menu and answer questions.

• Process Orders:

     Handle POS transactions quickly and accurately.

• Present with Care:

Plate, package, and serve food items with attention to detail and brand standards.

• Maintain Cleanliness:

Keep the dining room, service counter, and beverage station clean, organized, and well‑stocked.

• Support the Team:

Assist with bussing tables, restocking, and general cleaning to maintain smooth service flow.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience:

1+ years in customer service, café, or hospitality (barista experience an asset), Serving It Right.

• Communication:

Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with guests.

• Attention to Detail:

Pride in presentation, accuracy, and consistency.

• Teamwork:

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

• Passion:

Genuine interest in hospitality, food culture, and learning new skills.
