Original job description

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical requirements.
Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, use cases, and process flows.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA engineers, UX/UI designers, and business stakeholders.
Define acceptance criteria and support the development of functional specifications.
Create process maps, workflows, wireframes, and other documentation as required.
Support development and testing teams by clarifying requirements and resolving functional questions.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate solutions against business requirements.
Identify business risks, dependencies, gaps, and potential solutions.
Track requirements throughout the project lifecycle and manage requirement changes.
Prepare reports, presentations, and analysis for stakeholders and management.
Support continuous process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Knowledge of SQL and basic data analysis.
Experience with tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io, or similar process-mapping tools.
Familiarity with APIs, databases, and basic software architecture concepts.
Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Knowledge of Agile frameworks, Scrum, or Kanban.
Experience working on digital transformation or enterprise software projects.
Relevant certification such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
