Roles and Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
Understand business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct meetings with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to understand business needs.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Analyze business data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
Identify business problems and recommend suitable solutions.
Coordinate with development and testing teams to ensure project requirements are met.
Prepare user stories, use cases, and workflow diagrams.
Perform gap analysis to identify differences between current and desired business processes.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Validate project deliverables against business requirements.
Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Maintain project documentation and requirement traceability.
Ensure successful implementation of business solutions.
Support continuous process improvement initiatives.

Technical Skills Required:

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and advanced Excel.
Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.
Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of BRD, FRD, SRS, and UAT documentation.
Understanding of process flow diagrams and UML.
Familiarity with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Basic knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
