Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases.
Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations.
Perform data quality checks and investigate data discrepancies.
Automate recurring reports and analytical processes where possible.
Collaborate with business, product, operations, finance, and technology teams.
Present findings and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Track KPIs and provide regular reports to support business objectives.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of SQL.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
Good understanding of data analysis, statistics, and data visualization.
Ability to work with large datasets and identify meaningful trends.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
High attention to detail and data accuracy.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
Understanding of ETL/data pipelines and data warehousing concepts.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
