Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
- Create dashboards and reports using Power BI/Tableau.
- Perform data analysis using Excel and, where required, Python.
- Track KPIs and prepare regular business performance reports.
- Work with business and technical teams to understand data requirements.
- Identify data-quality issues and recommend improvements.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Strong SQL knowledge.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, and charts.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
- Basic knowledge of statistics and data analysis.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Python/Pandas is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Data visualization and dashboard development.
- Knowledge of ETL/data-cleaning processes.
- Experience with cloud databases or data warehouses.
- Understanding of business KPIs and reporting.
