Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases.
- Create dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
- Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements.
- Document analytical processes and reporting methodologies.
Required Skills
- Excel: PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts.
- SQL: SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, subqueries, aggregate functions.
- Power BI / Tableau: Dashboard creation and data visualization.
- Python: Basic knowledge of Pandas and NumPy (preferred).
- Statistics: Descriptive statistics, averages, percentages, and trend analysis.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
