Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, validate, and transform data from multiple sources.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases.
- Create interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI or Tableau.
- Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting requirements.
- Automate recurring reports and improve data analysis processes.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas.
- Proficiency in SQL, including joins, subqueries, aggregations, and filtering.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboard development.
- Understanding of data cleaning, data transformation, and data visualization.
- Basic knowledge of statistics and analytical techniques.
- Ability to interpret data and communicate meaningful insights.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python, including Pandas and NumPy.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Understanding of business intelligence tools and KPI reporting.
- Exposure to cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
