Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
- Write SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
- Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Identify business trends and provide actionable insights.
- Work with different departments to understand business requirements.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management.
- Maintain data documentation and reporting processes.
- Support business teams in data-driven decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality and reporting efficiency.
Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts).
- Proficiency in SQL queries, joins, subqueries, and aggregations.
- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau for dashboard development.
- Basic knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) is an added advantage.
- Understanding of data cleaning, data transformation, and data modeling.
- Knowledge of statistical concepts and data analysis techniques.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and present findings.
- Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of KPIs, business metrics, and reporting.
- Good analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
