Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP modules based on business needs.
- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
- Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and process mapping.
- Prepare functional specifications and support technical development.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot SAP issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Support data migration, validation, and system integration activities.
- Prepare functional documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes.
- Provide production support and ensure compliance with project standards.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in SAP implementation or support.
- Strong knowledge of at least one SAP module.
- Understanding of business processes and SAP integration.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with incident management, change requests, and documentation.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
- SAP certification is an added advantage.
