Key Responsibilities

Design user-friendly and visually appealing web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs.
Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Develop high-fidelity UI designs and maintain consistent design systems.
Work closely with product managers, business analysts, developers, and QA teams.
Translate business requirements and user needs into effective design solutions.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into designs.
Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities to improve the overall user experience.
Create responsive designs for web, mobile, and tablet platforms.
Maintain and improve design systems, UI components, and design guidelines.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Participate in design reviews and present concepts to stakeholders.
Stay updated on current UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and design best practices.

Required Skills

Strong experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
Proficiency in Figma.
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and user flows.
Strong understanding of UX principles, visual design, typography, color, and layout.
Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
Knowledge of usability testing and user-centered design methodologies.
Understanding of design systems and component libraries.
Good knowledge of HTML and CSS is an advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG.
Experience with design systems such as Material Design.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
Experience working with developers and understanding frontend technologies.
Knowledge of UX analytics and tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar platforms.
Experience designing enterprise applications, SaaS products, or complex digital platforms.
