Key Responsibilities
- Design user-friendly and visually appealing websites, web applications, and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Develop and maintain UI design systems and reusable components.
- Ensure consistency in typography, colors, layouts, icons, and other visual elements.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and users and incorporate improvements.
- Conduct usability testing and identify opportunities to improve the user experience.
- Analyze existing products and recommend UI/UX improvements.
- Stay updated with current UI/UX design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Prepare design specifications and assets for development teams.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Good understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Knowledge of user research and usability testing techniques.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and layout.
- Ability to create intuitive user flows and information architecture.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience designing websites and mobile applications.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Experience working with design systems.
- Basic understanding of frontend development workflows.
- Experience with usability testing and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with accessibility and WCAG guidelines.
