Web Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing websites and web applications.
• Develop website layouts and user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern web technologies.
• Build and customize websites based on business requirements and UI/UX design specifications.
• Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, responsive, and compatible across different browsers and devices.
• Develop and integrate frontend components with backend services and APIs.
• Optimize website performance, loading speed, and overall user experience.
• Implement website security best practices and ensure data protection.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve website functionality and performance issues.
• Maintain, update, and enhance existing websites and web applications.
• Integrate third-party tools, plugins, and external APIs.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, content teams, and backend developers.
• Perform website testing, debugging, and quality assurance.
• Manage website deployment, hosting, and maintenance activities.
• Use version control systems such as Git and GitHub.
• Follow SEO best practices and ensure website accessibility standards.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
• Knowledge of frontend frameworks and libraries such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI.
• Good understanding of backend technologies such as PHP, Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Experience with database management systems such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of REST APIs and third-party API integration.
• Familiarity with website development platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and website optimization techniques.
• Experience with Git, GitHub, and version control systems.
• Familiarity with web hosting, domain management, and deployment processes.
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and web accessibility standards.
• Knowledge of website security, authentication, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
