Trades Coordinator

Spartan Delta Corp. is seeking an individual to fulfill the responsibilities of a Trades Coordinator in the Field Operations team. This role is responsible for coordinating schedules and for providing administrative support to the field office.

This is a full-time, in-office position working Monday to Friday based in our Drayton Valley or Gilby field office location, with the ability to travel to field sites from time to time.

What You Will Do

Schedule all day-to-day call out work for the mechanics and the electrical and instrumentation techs
Coordinate corrective maintenance work orders with vendors and lead operators
Code and process vendor invoices and timesheets, ensuring all invoices and timesheets are paid in a timely manner
Liaise effectively with Operators, Foreman, and other field employees to ensure efficient planning and proper execution of tasks
Provide weekly reports to team on call-out schedules
Other administrative duties as assigned from time to time

Who You Are

Strong level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products
Previous oilfield experience would be considered an asset
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
Class 5 Drivers License

Responsibilities
