Our client is looking to add a Commercial Customer Service Representative in Ingersoll ON
Automotive administrative experience and/or supporting a purchasing team is an asset
Duties & Responsibilities:
-Maintain Customer Files
-Customer communication, phone, email
-Maintain all aspects of EDI (order, forecasting,, ASN) and parts information
-Print all orders for the warehouse to pick up and ship
-Regular review of customer orders/releases for changes and communicating these changes to the customer and all company departments
Monday to Friday 8am-5pm-60 min lunch

Maintain customer files and communicate with customers by phone and email. Manage EDI orders, forecasts, ASNs, and parts information; print warehouse orders; and review customer orders and releases for changes, communicating updates to customers and internal departments.
