Dr. Sylvia Wai’s clinic
This established clinic, located within Specsavers Lambton mall, is seeking coverage for full time or part time.
Supported by a dedicated, patient-focused team, the environment is known for its professional atmosphere. This is an excellent opportunity for an optometrist who values clinical autonomy, flexibility, and a relationship-led approach to patient care.

You’ll have access to a full suite of advanced clinical technology, including:
Integrated pre-test support - trained eyecare consultants welcome and guide your patients through pre-testing, with results sent directly to your exam room for your consultation
Clinical autonomy - practice in an independent clinic with the freedom to deliver care your way, supported by Specsavers’ technology and resources
Ongoing development - access dedicated optometry support consultants and annual continuing education opportunities for professional growth
Clinic ownership when you’re ready – develop your business acumen and ability to lead teams. Apply to Pathway, a business development program designed to support you in taking the next steps to become a clinic owner at your pace.
Compensation
Receive a daily minimum or a percentage billings, whichever amount is higher for each clinic day worked. The expected range for this role is:
Daily minimum between $500-$1000 CAD
Percentage of billings 70%
Sign-on Bonus up to $20,000.00 CAD
Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skillset by the independent clinic owner.
