Kingston
Join Dr. Omoruyi's clinic in Kingston and work alongside a community-focused optometrist who prioritizes strong patient relationships and high-quality, patient-centred care.
Dr. Omoruyi's Clinic
This established clinic, located within Specsavers Kingston, is seeking an Associate Optometrist for 3 to 5 days per week.
Supported by a dedicated, patient-focused team, the clinic offers a welcoming and professional environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an optometrist who values clinical autonomy, flexibility, and a relationship-led approach to patient care.
Everything you need to deliver exceptional care
You’ll work alongside passionate professionals who share a commitment to changing lives through better sight. Your focus stays where it belongs: in the exam room, delivering thoughtful, patient-centred care.
You’ll have access to a full suite of advanced clinical technology, including:
Be part of a team dedicated to proactive eye health, with OCT available as a standard part of every eye exam.
Integrated pre-test support
Trained eyecare consultants welcome and guide your patients through pre-testing, with results sent directly to your exam room for your consultation.
Clinical autonomy
Practice in an independent clinic with the freedom to deliver care your way, supported by Specsavers’ technology and resources.
Ongoing development
Access dedicated optometry support consultants and annual continuing education opportunities for professional growth.
Clinic ownership when you’re ready
Develop your business acumen and ability to lead teams through Pathway, a business development program designed to support you in taking the next steps toward becoming a clinic owner at your own pace.
$15,000 Signing Bonus
This opportunity includes a $15,000 signing bonus for the successful candidate.
Final terms will be determined by the independent clinic owner based on the successful candidate’s experience, availability, and agreed schedule.
What makes a clinic within Specsavers different?
At Specsavers, we believe quality eyecare starts with a simple idea: putting people first, always. For over 40 years, Specsavers has been committed to making quality eyecare and affordable eyewear accessible to everyone because we believe no one should have to compromise on their eye health, regardless of their background or circumstances.
Today, Specsavers is the world’s largest privately owned optical retailer and remains a family-owned business. It’s a place where you can feel you belong and be part of something that truly makes a difference.
