Our success is rooted in the principle of human connection, epitomized by our NEWJOBPHORIA® ethos - the joy and freedom in work that empowers our team and clients to excel.

The Opportunity:

The Recruitment Coordinator provides onboarding, sourcing, and administrative support to the recruitment team. This position works hands-on with onboarding processes, candidate sourcing, talent pipeline organization, and interview coordination. This role also helps track required onboarding steps, communicate outstanding items, and support a timely, positive candidate and new-hire experience.

A Glimpse Into Your Day:

Prioritize recruiting and candidate sourcing through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other platforms based on client requirements, under recruiter guidance.
Screen resumes and candidate profiles against basic job qualifications and share potential matches with recruiters.
Conduct initial candidate outreach and screenings by phone, email, and messaging platforms to gauge interest, review basic qualifications, confirm availability, and coordinate next steps under recruiter guidance.
Add candidates to LinkedIn Recruiter projects and help build and maintain organized pipelines for active and anticipated client hiring needs.
Assist with scheduling candidate screenings and interviews, sending confirmations, and maintaining timely communication throughout the process.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), document recruitment activities, and update statuses following established processes.
Support ongoing candidate follow-up by collecting required information, reconfirming availability, and providing updates throughout recruitment.
Assist with additional recruitment administrative activities as needed.
Learn and support current onboarding processes and initiatives under the guidance of the recruitment team.
Review onboarding checklists to track completion of required steps and documentation.
Identify missing or outstanding onboarding items and communicate status updates to the assigned recruiter.
Help track onboarding progress to support timely completion and a positive new-hire experience.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:

Bachelor’s degree, equivalent work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to follow checklists, track progress, and report outstanding items.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
Basic email, calendar, spreadsheet, and word-processing skills; willingness to learn recruitment tools.
Ability to collaborate, follow direction, and apply feedback.
Strong organization and attention to detail.
Clear written and verbal communication in French and English, with bilingual proficiency and a professional, helpful approach.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and complete tasks with guidance.
Ability to identify issues and seek guidance when needed.

Preferred Requirements:

Staffing or agency experience.
