Information Technology Project Manager

Job Title: IT Project Manager

Duration: 12 months

Work location: 2-3 days onsite at Toronto, ON

Tech PM to manage a Payments Technology project.

• Qualifications:Has bank industry project management experience
• Experience working with business on software development and AWS Cloud and API
• Typically, 10+ years of hands-on PM experience in financial/banking industry
• Judgement skills – In-depth.

• Stakeholder management – Expert.
• Able to navigates challenging situations effectively.
• Able to apply project management methodologies or approaches.
• Able to manage project and business risks, including project interdependencies.
• Able to resolve project issues effectively.
• Able to work under pressure
• Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth / Expert.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills - In-depth / Expert.
• Influence skills - In-depth / Expert.
• Collaboration & team skills; with a focus on cross-group collaboration - In-depth / Expert.
• Able to manage ambiguity.
• Previous experience in delivering Payments initiatives will be considered an asset.

Interview process: 2 rounds
