Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Canadian Payroll Practice line. We are looking for ADP WorkforceNow implementation consultants to join our global team of professionals for upcoming projects in Canada.
Responsibilities:
- Support the client in Dual Maintenance
- Support the client in Data Verification
- Support the client in Payroll go-live and testing
Dual Maintenance / Data Validation: A big part of the process for dual maintenance and data validation is the training it provides to the client. Although the consultant will be managing the updates, it's important that the consultant is engaging the client in the process to understand how these changes are being managed in their WFN system. It would be important for the consultant to work directly with the client, having the client make the changes so they can be guided through the process.
Duration: These projects are 60-90-hour projects to start with an initial term length of 3-4 months, with the ability to extend.
Requirements:
- ADP WFN Canada experience.
- Full life cycle ADP WFN implementation experience.
- Strong Excel experience (Vlookup, Pivot Tables, etc).
- Fluent in French ideally.

Responsibilities
Support clients through ADP WorkforceNow implementation activities, including dual maintenance, data verification and validation, and payroll go-live and testing. Guide clients through system updates and changes by involving them directly in the process and providing training.
Requirements
Candidates must have Canadian ADP WorkforceNow experience and full life cycle ADP WorkforceNow implementation experience. Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, are required; French fluency is preferred.
