Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of Dayforce WFM implementation consultants. Our client is implementing Dayforce WFM, alongside Strada for Payroll globally, and has an immediate need for a WFM build consultant to support the US and Canada configurations.
Responsibilities:
- Advise client on best options; final decision stays with client.
- Configure Dayforce WFM: Time, attendance, time off policies and balances, time away from work, clocks with web and mobile deployment, and scheduling done with Spanish set up.
- Builds and test the pay data feeds to Strada (global payroll solution).
Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with an immediate start date and initial duration through July 2027, with option to extend.
Level of Effort: 30-40 hours per week
Working Hours: CST/EST
