Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to oversee our store operations and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a working Retail Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading a team of associates, and ensuring that our store meets its sales goals while providing an outstanding shopping experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily retail operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Manage cash handling procedures, including deposits and reconciliation of cash registers.

Develop and implement budgets to maximize profitability while controlling costs.

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets.

Provide training and support to staff on sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge.

Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.

Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking of products.
