The role is varied and exciting; your responsibilities will range from coaching and mentoring the team, and running an exceptional operation, front-of-house, to supporting the General Manager back-of-house in delivering on centre goals and financial targets.
You will be responsible for guaranteeing that your centre has the best standards and service in the industry to ensure the centre is a safe and fun environment for our customers.

- Management experience, ideally within a retail or restaurant setting
- A passion for guest service
- Evidence of inspiring and developing large teams
- A willingness to work nights and weekends
- Desire for success
- A friendly, energetic, enthusiastic and positive attitude
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with organizing and assigning shift tasks
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
Support the effective operation of the entertainment centre by coaching and mentoring the team, running front-of-house operations, and assisting the General Manager with centre goals and financial targets. Maintain high standards of service and safety to provide customers with a fun and positive experience.
Requirements
Candidates should have management experience, ideally in retail or restaurants, and a passion for guest service with evidence of inspiring and developing large teams. They should be willing to work nights and weekends, communicate effectively, organize and assign shift tasks, work well with others, and bring an energetic, positive attitude to a fast-paced environment.
