As our Bar Team Leader you’ll lead the team on shift and be responsible for ensuring drinks are served perfectly to spec every time. Bar standards and safety will also be top priority to you whilst making sure the stock levels and stock rotation are correct at all times. It’s fast paced and fun, to succeed with us you’ll have to love this type of environment.

Responsibilities
Lead the bar team during shifts, ensure drinks are prepared to specification, and maintain bar standards and safety. Monitor stock levels and rotation while delivering engaging, high-quality guest service.
Requirements
Candidates should have experience supervising a team, a positive attitude, and the ability to motivate staff and provide excellent guest service. They must communicate effectively, work independently and collaboratively, build good relationships, adapt to flexible shifts, and thrive in a fast-paced environment; legal eligibility to serve and handle alcohol is required.
