To Be Successful, You Should Have
- Experience as a hands-on General Manager ideally within the leisure, hospitality, or retail industry
- Experience managing a budget size of at least $1m
- A relentless approach to delivering the best operational standards in the industry
- Evidence of optimising sales and performance of a business unit
- A passion for people, with evidence of coaching, developing, and progressing your team
- An empathetic and compassionate approach
- Resilience, flexibility, and adaptability, to fit in with our fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work nights and weekends

Responsibilities
Run a busy entertainment centre and create a safe, fun, and vibrant environment for employees and guests. Manage budgets and KPIs, improve financial and commercial performance across the bar, diner, amusements, and bowling, and lead the team to deliver outstanding guest service.
Requirements
Candidates should have hands-on General Manager experience, ideally in leisure, hospitality, or retail, and experience managing a budget of at least $1 million. They should demonstrate strong operational standards, sales and business performance improvement, team coaching and development, empathy, resilience, flexibility, and willingness to work nights and weekends.
