As our Kitchen Team Leader you’ll lead the kitchen team on shift and be responsible for ensuring the food is cooked perfectly to spec every time. Kitchen standards and safety will also be top priority to you whilst making sure the stock levels and stock rotation are correct at all times. Responsibilities
Lead the kitchen team during shifts and ensure food is prepared to specification. Maintain kitchen standards and safety, manage stock levels and rotation, and help deliver an excellent guest experience.
Requirements
Candidates should have experience supervising a team, a positive attitude, and the ability to motivate others and provide excellent guest service. They must communicate effectively, work independently and collaboratively, be flexible with hours and shifts, and thrive in a fast-paced environment; candidates must also be of legal age to serve and handle alcohol under local laws.
