PeopleSoft Administrator
Toronto Canada - Hybrid
7 to 10 years
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong experience in PeopleSoft Administration and PeopleTools Administration.
- Hands-on experience with:
- PeopleSoft Application Server
- Process Scheduler
- PIA (PeopleSoft Internet Architecture)
- Integration Broker
- Elasticsearch
- Kibana
- Change Assistant
- DPK (Deployment Packages)
- Experience with Linux/Unix and Windows environments.
- Knowledge of Oracle Database administration concepts.
- Experience in troubleshooting performance, connectivity, and security issues.
- Understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and environment management.
- Experience supporting Banking or Financial Services clients.
- Exposure to PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud-hosted PeopleSoft environments.
- Automation and scripting using Shell, Python, or PowerShell.
- Experience with PeopleTools upgrades and PUM image deployments.

Responsibilities
Administer and support PeopleSoft environments, including application servers, Process Scheduler, PIA, Integration Broker, and related tools. Troubleshoot performance, connectivity, and security issues, and support upgrades, PUM image deployments, and environment management.
Requirements
Requires 7–10 years of experience with PeopleSoft and PeopleTools administration, along with experience in Linux/Unix and Windows environments and knowledge of Oracle Database administration concepts. Banking or financial services experience is required; exposure to PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions, cloud-hosted environments, and scripting is also sought.
