Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM & Payroll professional with strong expertise in application support, development, and maintenance of PeopleSoft Human Capital Management and Payroll modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in batch job scheduling, process monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution, along with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with onsite teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless payroll processing and HCM operations.
Mandatory:
- Strong experience in PeopleSoft HCM with deep expertise across Payroll, Core HR, Workforce Administration, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, and HR Service Delivery.
- Expert-level knowledge of PeopleTools technologies, including PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, SQR, Application Packages, Process Scheduler, and Fluid UI development.
- Proven experience architecting and delivering large-scale enterprise integrations using MuleSoft, connecting PeopleSoft with HR, Payroll, Finance, Identity Management, and third-party SaaS applications.
- Experience integrating and supporting Workday HCM environments, including data migration, inbound/outbound interfaces, Workday web services, and hybrid PeopleSoft-Workday landscapes.
- Proven ability to lead HR digital transformation, cloud migration, application modernization, system upgrades, and enterprise architecture initiatives across global organizations.
- Exposure to Generative AI and common AI platforms/tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Services. Understanding of AI-driven automation and process optimization is desirable.
Desired Skills:
- Applying images/patches and retrofit activities. Advanced object-oriented PeopleCode, CI-based data loads.
- REST/SOAP-based services, JSON/XML transformations, OAuth, SFTP, third-party system integrations (e.g., payroll vendors, banks), API Security, and API-led Connectivity frameworks. AE tuning, SQL tuning, trace analysis, database indexes, and load handling.
- Solid technical expertise in Oracle Database, SQL/PLSQL, Performance Tuning, Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/OCI), CI/CD Pipelines, DevOps practices, and Integration Monitoring
