The ideal candidate possesses a strong engineering background and extensive manufacturing experience, particularly in welding and fabricated assemblies. This individual must be capable of evaluating engineering specifications, weld procedures, quality records, process controls, inspection methodologies, and supplier quality systems to identify risks and implement improvements.
