LoanIQ Business Analyst Job Description:
- LoanIQ Business Analyst with strong expertise in commercial and syndicated lending operations. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving requirements gathering, solution design, data analysis, and system enhancements within the LoanIQ platform. The role requires deep understanding of the loan lifecycle, LoanIQ functionality, and banking operations, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Core Skills
- Strong hands-on experience as a Business Analyst supporting the LoanIQ platform.
- Deep understanding of commercial lending, syndicated loans, and agency operations.
- Strong knowledge of the loan lifecycle, including deal setup, funding, servicing, repayments, rollovers, fees, and loan accounting.
- Experience in business requirements gathering, functional analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to perform data analysis, reconciliation, and root cause analysis within banking systems.
- Advanced SQL skills (Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL) for data validation and analysis.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) maybe used in the hiring process used by SRA Group and/or the end client

Responsibilities
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, gathering requirements and supporting solution design and system enhancements for the LoanIQ platform. Analyze and reconcile banking data, investigate root causes, and support commercial and syndicated lending operations across the loan lifecycle.
Requirements
The role requires hands-on Business Analyst experience with LoanIQ and strong knowledge of commercial lending, syndicated loans, agency operations, and the loan lifecycle. Candidates should have experience in requirements gathering, functional analysis, stakeholder management, banking data analysis and reconciliation, advanced SQL, and clear documentation and communication.
