The Syracuse Research Corporation (SRC) is celebrating 60 years of redefining possible.

The company was originally formed to provide innovative products and seasoned analysis to solve complex Electronic Warfare (EW) challenges faced by the US Government and its Armed Forces. Since 2016, SRC has expanded operations into Australia, Canada and the UK. We do this by focusing on our customers’ needs through the innovative application of science, technology, and information to solve problems of national significance. SRC CAN Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of SRC Inc. and is helping to shape the future EW, Counter-Uncrewed Aircraft System (CUAS) and Radar technologies that will support the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) and its allies.

Applied knowledge and experience with data engineering.
Ability to lead development teams in a fast-paced environment, think independently, and make timely decisions to overcome technical challenges.
Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
- Applied experience leading software developers, either as a formal people manager or senior technical lead.
Excellent English verbal/written communication skills required. Proficiency in French is an asset.
Candidates must meet the requirements of export control and security regulations, including the Canadian Controlled Goods Program and be eligible to hold a Government of Canada Level 3 Security Clearance.

Additional (Preferred) Requirements:
