Temp General Laborer

Position Purpose:

The General Labourer assists the warehouse team with the preparation, loading, and unloading of building materials for delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of trucks for loading.
• Ensure load security and accuracy.
• Maintain the general appearance and housekeeping of work areas. Follow all regulations, company policies, and procedures.
• Assist other warehouse staff as required.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• Basic Qualifications
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Basic hand tool skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 100lbs.
• Frequently climbing up and down stairs and onto trucks and material. Pulling, pushing, bending and torso twisting movements with weight.

3 month temporary contract Tues - Saturday 8.45 - 5.15
