Our client, an established Fraser Valley general contractor, is seeking an experienced Estimator to support its growing multifamily portfolio, from conceptual estimating through to tender. The role offers exposure to commercial projects and a clear path into estimating leadership.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Prepare conceptual budgets, detailed estimates and tenders for multifamily projects.
- Complete quantity takeoffs and review subtrade and supplier pricing.
- Work with clients and consultants on value engineering and cost reviews.
- Track budgets, support project handovers and maintain historical cost data.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Proven estimating experience in wood-frame and/or concrete multifamily construction.
- Commercial estimating experience is an asset.
- Strong Excel skills; estimating software experience preferred.
- Gold Seal or CIQS designation is an asset.
- Ambition to grow into an estimating leadership role.
- Ability to work full-time from the Fraser Valley office.

Responsibilities
