Responsibilities
You will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, procurement, client relationships, and project teams. The focus will be on commercial tenant improvements and occupied renovation projects throughout Metro Vancouver.
Requirements
Candidates must have 8+ years of project management experience with a BC general contractor or construction manager, along with strong knowledge of RFIs, submittals, change orders, scheduling, and budgeting. Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project is also required.
