Confidential search for an established Surrey based general contractor delivering commercial, institutional and community buildings across BC.
They need a Project Manager to own projects start to finish, from preconstruction and site prep through to handover, with an experienced team behind you.
Looking for:
- Ground up ICI project management experience
- Solid knowledge of foundations, concrete and steel
- Projects delivered from preconstruction to closeout
- Willing to travel to sites across BC
Permanent, full time, with vehicle allowance.

Manage commercial, institutional, and community building projects from preconstruction and site preparation through completion and handover. Coordinate project delivery with an experienced team and travel to project sites across British Columbia.
Requirements
Candidates should have ground-up ICI project management experience and a solid understanding of foundations, concrete, and steel. They should have delivered projects from preconstruction through closeout and be willing to travel to sites across British Columbia.
